Impossible! Paid for gym membership and now can't book because I can't accept the terms and conditions on the app. Nothing more than a terrible web browser, not a functional app. Avoid.

I have had a problem paying for a swimming session. 3 times I got a message saying service not available, although my bank app gave me a message on each occasion that transaction was made. But the money was not taken from my account. The swimming session now shows as reserved, but my cart is empty, so I can't pay. I visited leisure centre, staff member tried to help. I left with a suggestion that it would disappear after a few days and I could then pay at the desk. But nothing has changed. "HELP

Can't seem to book more than one space for a family swim without loging out and having a separate account for each child. Contradictory messages in booking pages, must book vs no booking just turn up. Can't filter to just see one leisure centre or session type. This app is a real barrier to using the facilities!
